-How would you use the length of the shadow to measure the angle of the sun.
Define the angle as 0° if the sun is directly overhead.
-How long is you shadow if the sun is directly overhead?
-How long is your shadow when the sun is setting?
Look at your shadow each sunny day at the same time. A good time might be on your way out the door in the morning.
As we move into spring
-What happens to the length of your shadow at the same time of day?
-What happens to the position of your shadow on the ground?
