We plan to have a preprint table so please bring copies of your preprints to share. If you have an electronic version, let us know and we can add a link to it here.
There will be a registration fee of
$40 for AMS or CMS members, $60 for nonmembers and $5 for emeritus members, students, or unemployed mathematicians.
