Research Interests: Various biophysical methods mainly including high-resolution NMR, also AFM, CD Florescences technique etc. in protein solution structure analysis and protein-protein interaction. Current projects in Stark Lab: Studies of the behaviors of the isotropic bicelle as the membrane mimetic medium by 31-P NMR and AFM PPAR protein solution structure analysis and PPAR-FABP interaction using multi-dimensional NMR.
