Course Assessment

40%     Semester Exams:          Exam I (Chapters 1-3), Exam II (Chapters 4-6), Exam III (Chapters 7-9)

30%     Final Exam – Cumulative (Chapters 1-10)

20%     Laboratory

10%     Workshop: Workshop quiz, Homework

Note: There will be no make-up exams. The lowest score of the three semester exams will be dropped. The two higher scores will be weighted (20% each) towards your final grade.

A+     97-100

A       93-96

A-     90-92

B+     87-89

B       83-86

B-      80-82

C+     77-79

C       73-76

C-      70-72

D       60-69

F       0-59

There is some leeway for adjusting the final grade by the Professor.
