Marc A. Walters, B.S. Chemistry, 1976 After graduating from City College, Marc obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University in 1981. Paul Kelter, B.S. Chemistry, 1976
After graduating from City College, Paul obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry
from the University of Nebraska and was trained as a postdoctoral fellow at
the University of Georgia. He subsequently worked for NASA. He is currently the Marie Foscue Rourk Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is regarded as one of the nation's premier scholars in curriculum and curriculum design in chemistry. Yoshihiko Inuzuka, B.S. Chemistry, 2000
Yoshi entered City College in 1995. He served as workshop leader for General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.
He conducted research with Prof. Balogh-Nair (bioorganic chemistry) and Prof.
Lazaridis (computational biophysics). Last year he applied and was admitted
in a number of distinguished graduate schools, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Chicago, Johns Hopkins, Scripps Institute, Minnesota, Washington, Columbia, Cornell, and Princeton. He chose to go to Harvard. These are some of his thoughts.

Kathryn Lee, Ph.D. Chemistry, 1980
Kathryn obtained her B.S. in History and Philosophy of Science from the
University of Chigaco in 1971, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from CUNY in 1980.
Now she is a Research Associate at National Starch, a company that makes
starches for food and industrial applications, adhesives, and electronic
materials, located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Berthony Deslouches, B.S.,M.A. Biochemistry, 1995
Berthony entered City College in 1989. After earning his BS in 1993, he spent 4 more years at city college, including two years in the MA and two years in the PhD program in Biochemistry. He is now an MD/PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He has completed the first 2 years of medical school and is currently in his first year of graduate studies in the Molecular Virology and Microbiology program.
"CCNY has not just prepared me for a successful scientific career. With a student body almost as diverse as the United Nations, CCNY has also enlightened my perspective on the world" These are some more of his thoughts.
