FACULTY POSITIONS IN STRUCTURAL BIOLOGY
CITY COLLEGE OF NEW YORK
The City College, the host site of the New York Structural Biology Center, home campus of the City University of New York Macromolecular Assemblies Institute, and a CUNY flagship campus, invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in Structural Biology with emphasis on X-Ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. We are seeking candidates who will develop world-class, externally-funded research programs aiming to elucidate biomolecular structure and function. Both positions will be in the Chemistry Department and at any rank. Tenured appointments will be considered for outstanding senior candidates. The successful candidates should have a Ph.D. in structural biology, biophysics, or related fields and substantial postdoctoral experience. They will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses and mentor undergraduate and graduate students. Salary will be commensurate with experience and research accomplishments.
