Growth and properties of
semiconductor multi-layered structures grown by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE),
molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and gas source MBE. Areas of research activity
include III-V compounds, strained-layer and short-period superlattices, surface
and interface chemistry, visible light emitters, optoelectronic devices, wide
bandgap II-VI compounds, II-VI/III-V heteroepitaxy, low dimensional structures,
selective area epitaxy.
