Research Fields of Interest

Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth and properties - investigation of semiconductor multi- layered structures including quantum well (QW) structures and distributed Bragg reflectors (DBR). Areas of research activity include II - VI ZnSe - based compounds grown on InP and GaAs substrates. Especially interested in the growth and characterization of Be - containing compound semiconductors.
